
Mixing Drum, Ingredient Drum
Blending tanks are primarily used for mixing milk products, sugar, beverages, food, and various other ingredients for even storage after blending. Also known as blending drums or mixing drums.Corrosion-resistant, high production capacity, easy to clean, and user-friendly. Mainly used for mixing milk products, sugar, and other ingredients to achieve uniformity, it is an indispensable equipment in dairy, beverage, and food factories.

Design:
This series of mixing tanks is made of SUS304 or 316 stainless steel, strictly adhering to the provisions of Article 31 and 32 of the General Principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for Pharmaceutical Production (1998 Revised Edition) and in accordance with GB150-98 "Steel Pressure Vessels."
Structure and Material:
1. The head is designed with a conical head.
2. Insulation Material: Made of high-temperature-resistant and aging-resistant polyurethane foam or pearl cotton, thickness of 80mm.
3. Propeller agitation, horizontal reducer, 36 RPM.
4. Two anti-foam inlet ports at the top of the drum, with a central entry at the drum top equipped with a CIP cleaning ball. The drum is fitted with high and low liquid probe interfaces and a device label. The bottom of the drum features a non-rotating discharge port.
5. Quick-opening manhole, observation mirror, thermometer, insect-proof respirator, CIP cleaner, material and liquid inlets and outlets, escalator, etc.
6. Four adjustable feet with stainless steel pads.
7. Inner wall of the drum: 3mm, material: SUS316 stainless steel mesh plate. Jacket: 2mm, material: SUS316L. Outer wall: 2mm, material: SUS304.
8. Weld seams are polished to 300 grit, with all process openings for inlets and outlets, sight glasses, manholes, etc., and their weld joints with the inner tank body utilizing flanged transition arcs for smoothness and ease of cleaning without any blind spots, presenting an aesthetically pleasing exterior.
