Equipment Name: Electromagnetic Shielding Room, Shielded Laboratory
Shielding Effect: Frequency Range 14kHz~18GHz, Shielding Index 60~100dB (specific effect tailored to customer requirements)
Test Standard: Test methods according to GB-T12190 "Measurement Methods for the Shielding Effectiveness of High-Performance Shielding Rooms"
Specs: Available for custom sizes or on-site size confirmation.
Application: Radio, military, medical, electronics, remote control, testing and measurement, antennas, audio, mobile phones, Bluetooth, etc.
Main Structure:
Due to the presence of personnel and equipment inside shielded rooms, it is essential to have shielded doors for entry and exit, adequate ventilation, power supply for the room, signal in and out, and necessary interior decoration to ensure the normal operation of the shielded room.
(1) Housing: The contents of the shielding housing mainly include six-sided shielding panels, direct material connections, and supporting joists. One-piece molding process: Using 2mm thick galvanized steel plates, bent into shape, processed into standard unit modules, with the outer surface coated for a non-oxidized, glossy, and aesthetically pleasing finish. The construction of the shielding room also employs modular assembly, ensuring reliable electromagnetic sealing and strong assembly and disassembly techniques.
(2) Shield Doors: Manual shield doors, electric doors, customizable according to customer requirements.
(3) Ventilation Waveguide Windows: Equipped with honeycomb ventilation waveguide windows according to the specifications of the shielding room to ensure sufficient fresh air inside, with basic dimensions of 300×300×50mm.
(4) Power Line Filter: Single-phase high-performance low-leakage filter, reliable performance.
(5) Indoor Electrical: Complete set includes distribution box, incandescent bulbs, power outlets, power cords, switches, and conduits.
(6) Interior Renovation: Renovation services for the ceiling, walls, and floor are provided according to customer specifications.
Function: Isolate external electromagnetic interference to ensure the normal operation of indoor electronic and electrical equipment, particularly in the measurement and testing of electronic components and equipment. Utilize the electromagnetic shielding room to simulate an ideal electromagnetic environment, enhancing the standardization of testing results.
