Main Usage, Main Applications
This unit is a small dry granulation machine for laboratory research and development. Only about 30 grams of powder is needed to understand its molding properties and obtain the required granules. It provides samples and data for testing and large-scale production.
GLA is a mini granule machine designed for research and development. The molding characteristics are easy to identify, and data for scaling up can be obtained with just around 300 batches of powder. Additionally, the rollers and propellers can be replaced in a short time, making the machine convenient for testing.
Feature Structure
This machine consists of a feeding, tabletting, granulating, and sizing system, with all parts featuring stepless variable-frequency speed control. The oil pump pressure and finished particle fineness are adjustable, making assembly and disassembly, as well as cleaning, very convenient. It meets GMP requirements. For heat-sensitive materials, a water cooling device can be added at the press roller.
The machine is equipped with degassing intake propellers, compression molding rollers, pressure mechanisms, control units, and containers. It is easy to disassemble and clean, and meets GMP standards. For heat-sensitive materials, the water-cooling unit can be adjusted to accommodate wheel pressure.
