Product Introduction:
Qingdao Century Pipe Industry's ductile iron pipes for sewage discharge are one of our flagship products, produced strictly in accordance with the national standard GB/T 13295—2013. The specifications cover the full range from DN80mm to DN2600mm, with a ready stock of 10,000 tons to ensure ample supply and efficient shipment. These pipes are made from high-quality cast iron with low phosphorus and sulfur content, processed through precision steps like centrifugal casting and annealing. The graphite nodules have a high degree of spheroidization, resulting in a dense pipe structure that combines the corrosion resistance of cast iron pipes with the toughness and strength of steel pipes. The tensile strength can reach over 500MPa, effectively withstanding impacts, vibrations, and soil settlement.
This pipe material features an internal lining of alkaline earth cement mortar and epoxy resin for corrosion resistance, while the external surface is protected with a dual coating of ≥200g/㎡ zinc spray and epoxy paint. It boasts excellent resistance to acidic and alkaline corrosion, suitable for complex sewage environments, with a lifespan exceeding 50 years. The product is equipped with various flexible joints in T, K, and S types, paired with nitrile rubber sealing rings for reliable sealing. It can accommodate thermal expansion and contraction during construction, significantly reducing leakage risks. The smooth inner surface minimizes scaling and reduces the likelihood of water flow resistance and blockages.
The company relies on advanced production technology and strict quality control, holding certifications for the ISO9001 Quality Management System and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. It boasts a professional installation technical team for comprehensive guidance. Our products, with their superior quality, are exported worldwide and widely used in urban rainwater and sewage separation pipelines, industrial wastewater discharge, and wastewater treatment plant conveying systems, becoming the preferred piping material in the field of drainage pipes.
