Instructions for Use:

First, strip out a section of approximately 15 cm wide steel wire from the end of the steel rope transportation tape. Remove the rubber from both sides and secure the tape.

2. Install the upper and lower blades, aligning the lower blade with the center of the steel wire rope. Adjust the tension of the pressure roller bolt, press down the operating handle, and move the motor frame by connecting it to the steel wire rope.

And move the blade to detach the rubber from the steel wire rope, and the stripping process is complete.
