During operation, the tape conveyor may experience punctures or holes in the belt surface due to the weight and size of the material, as well as equipment malfunctions, leading to exposed core layers and material leakage.
Must be repaired promptly; use this patch to perform vulcanization repair on the tape surface after the transport aircraft is grounded.
Performance Features and Applications:
DDQ Type Electrically Heated Tape Repair Tool, primarily used for patching small areas of tape damage and piercing, as well as repairing core layer damage of the tape. That is: pinpoint or block-like defects.
Key features include: simple structure, lightweight, easy to operate, and the ability to use the beam from a vulcanizing machine to reduce equipment purchase costs. The operating method is the same as that of a vulcanizing machine.

Installation Instructions:
① Conduct rubber filling treatment for damaged areas requiring repair (refer to the filling section in the tape joint vulcanization process, or have the factory service personnel demonstrate during equipment debugging).
② Place the lower shelf beneath the repair area (evenly), on the shelf, position the water pressure plate below the tape, and the lower heating plate (directly above the repair area).
③ Place a heating plate, an insulating plate, and then the upper frame below the repaired area, aligning it with the lower frame.
④ Install the handle, washer, and nut and tighten securely.
⑤ Connect the control box to the power source with a primary wire, and connect the heating plate to the control box with a secondary wire. Note that the connections should match the markings on the control box.
⑥ Connect the pump to the water pressure plate with a high-pressure hose, turn on the electric control box, and fill the water pressure plate with water to the curing pressure.
