The control box features overload, short-circuit, and leakage protection functions. It operates using a safe high/low voltage circuit of 380V or 24V, ensuring personal safety.
3. Heating System. The core heating element features a 3mm thick imported silicone computer-cut ultra-light heating pad by "Germany Comix Komix".

The heating plate takes about 18 minutes to rise from room temperature to the curing temperature (varies with the season and climate). The working temperature is adjustable from 0-300℃. The edge of the heating plate is equipped with an external temperature probe.

4. Cooling Method: Forced rapid water cooling/Natural cooling. Cooling Time: The curing surface temperature from 145℃ during curing to ≤60℃.
The forced built-in water cooling takes approximately 5 to 15 minutes. (No copper tubes inside the heating plate.)
Direct contact of cool water with the aluminum panel sink quickly cools it down (acting as a rapid disassembly of the machine), with a natural cooling time of approximately 240 to 280 minutes.
5. Pressure System: Utilizes a one-piece molded pure rubber pressure water bag for the pressure device, ensuring uniform pressure upwards during inflation, ultra-light design.

The pressure plate is uniformly compressed with no leakage or pressure release, ranging from "0~2.0 Mpa".
