Product Composition:
The fully automatic pressure-free air door for mining is primarily composed of the door body and control system.
Fully Automatic Air Door Mechanism: Composed of door leaf, door frame, cross beam, ground beam, hinges, balancing mechanism, drive mechanism, etc.
Electrical Control System: Comprising an electrical control box, explosion-proof pushbuttons, infrared beam sensors, air door status sensors, power source, drive unit, LED voice alarm box, and anti-pinch person pushbutton.
Power source: hydraulic power units, compressed air, or electric drive units.
The hydraulic pump station system consists of an oil tank, explosion-proof solenoid valves, explosion-proof motors, hydraulic pumps, high-pressure hoses, hydraulic cylinders, and other accessories. The configuration parameters of the complete hydraulic station are selected based on the size and pressure of the ventilation passage, the frequency of opening and closing, and the dimensions of the door body.
The compressed air-driven system consists of a gas source box, a control box, explosion-proof solenoid valves, an oil-water separator, an emergency valve, quick connectors, air piping, and its associated components.
The electric assembly consists of explosion-proof motors, reducers, couplings, crankshafts, connecting rods, and their auxiliary equipment.

1) The wind door's on/off: Achieved through a drive unit (such as a hydraulic cylinder, reducer, cylinder, etc.). No additional facilities are required; the drive unit is mounted on the door, not occupying the tunnel's usage space. Installation is simple, operation is smooth, and it truly integrates safety, convenience, and automation into one.
2) Hydraulic-driven damper with substantial thrust, capable of meeting the control needs of large-size heavy-duty dampers.
3) In full automatic control mode, the air door operates automatically without the need for manual operation, offering convenience and practicality.
4) Utilizing PLC control for the overall automatic operation of the air door, it effectively reduces labor intensity, enhances safety features, and improves work efficiency.
5) The two air doors interlock, allowing only one to be opened at a time, and closing the door takes precedence to prevent the ventilation system from short-circuiting.
6) The air damper can be manually operated during power outages, and the device will automatically reset upon power restoration (if the air damper is open at that time, the system will automatically close it).
7) Features both LED display and voice alarm functions, capable of emitting various voice prompt signals. In fault conditions, it can trigger audio-visual alarm signals.
8) Equipped with anti-pinch for people and vehicles, the system operates with enhanced safety.
9) System Control & Data Communication: The main control system employs a programmable logic controller (PLC) and is equipped with communication interfaces.
10) The electrical control system features protections against overcurrent, overload, overvoltage, three-phase imbalance, and leakage.
