Fixed Platform Loader

This machine is suitable for loading and unloading at storage platforms and postal hubs. It can be adjusted to different heights of truck trailers, both elevated and lowered, facilitating easy access for forklifts and smooth loading and unloading. Safety is enhanced with anti-crushing aprons on both sides. Forklifts and other transport vehicles can directly enter the truck's interior via a loading bridge for bulk loading and unloading, requiring only one person to operate, thereby achieving rapid loading and unloading. It enables companies to reduce a significant amount of labor, increase work efficiency, and achieve greater economic benefits.
Product Advantages: Electric hydraulic, easy to operate, height adjustable to any level, wide adjustment range, improves loading and unloading efficiency, saves labor.
Applicable Locations: Large enterprises with frequent vehicle loading and unloading, various types of vehicles, warehouses, stations, docks, logistics and storage bases, postal transportation, logistics distribution, etc.
Note: Custom design and manufacturing according to customer's requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Section 1: Instructions for the Fixed Hydraulic Boarding Bridge Use
1. Move the boarding bridge to the work location, close the manual pump's shut-off valve, pump the hand pump, and raise the bridge deck to an appropriate height (adjust according to the vehicle type).
2. The truck slowly reverses under the bridge (ensuring that the tongue plate stiffener does not interfere upon estimated landing).
3. Open the manual pump shut-off valve to allow the bridge deck to freely connect with the carriage, without moving wheels bearing the load.
4. Lower the stern plate, secure the bridge to the body with the locking chain, and then proceed with loading and unloading operations.
5. Upon completion of the task, release the chain, pump the manual pump to disengage the bridge from the vehicle body, and then the truck can depart.
6. Retract the tailgate and remove the boarding bridge.
II. Precautions for Mobile Hydraulic Boarding Bridges:
Before loading or unloading goods, chains must be securely locked; otherwise, no operation is permitted.
2. No overloading allowed.
3. During forklift loading and unloading, try to avoid unnecessary uneven loads to prevent damage to the bridge deck and structure, and to avoid hazards.
4. During the process, the manual pump shut-off valve must be opened to keep the tire in a state of no load.
Section 3: Daily Maintenance of Mobile Hydraulic Boarding Bridges
Perform a regular monthly inspection of the pinion shaft operating condition. If any of the pinion shaft fixing screws are loose, they must be tightened immediately to prevent the pinion shaft from falling off and causing an accident.
2. Add lubricating grease to the rotating parts approximately every 2 months, as needed.
