The molding process involves impregnating the carbon fiber with resin and then curing it in a mold before continuously extruding it into shape. Made with high-quality carbon fiber materials and excellent basic resins, carbon fiber panels offer excellent properties such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance.
Manufactured carbon fiber unidirectional sheets fully utilize the strength and elastic modulus of carbon fiber, eliminating the resin curing stage of carbon fiber unidirectional fabrics during construction. They offer high strength utilization efficiency and are easy to install.
