





Carbon panels are a product made of carbon fiber, which is a unidirectional reinforcing plate strengthened with carbon fiber. The molding process involves impregnating the carbon fiber with resin and then curing it in a mold before continuously extruding it into shape. Made with high-quality carbon fiber materials and excellent basic resins, carbon fiber panels offer excellent properties such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and impact resistance.
Manufactured carbon fiber unidirectional sheets fully utilize the strength and elastic modulus of carbon fiber, eliminating the resin curing stage of carbon fiber unidirectional fabrics during construction. They offer high strength utilization efficiency and are easy to install.
Application Fields:
Reinforcement for concrete beams in flexural and shear, reinforcement for concrete floors and bridge decks, concrete and brick masonry walls, shear wall reinforcement, pier and pile reinforcement, reinforcement for chimneys, tunnels, ponds, concrete pipes, etc.

The tensile strength of the carbon fiber board is ≥2400MPa; the elastic modulus is ≥160GPa; the elongation is 1.7%. It boasts excellent properties such as high tensile strength, corrosion resistance, seismic resistance, and impact resistance. Available sizes include 5cm and 10cm.
