Hole mesh steel strip polyethylene composite pipe is a composite pipe material with a reinforced skeleton of hole mesh pipe焊接 using cold-rolled steel strips, and is compounded with thermoplastic plastics. Below is a detailed introduction to it:
Structure and Principle
The steel skeleton of the steel-belted polyethylene composite pipe on Kongwang is formed by rolling and welding after punching the steel strip. The reinforced skeleton is integrated with the plastic, making the inner and outer plastic layers almost impossible to剥离. There is no adhesive in the composite layer, combining the advantages of steel and plastic pipes.
Performance Features
High strength and pressure resistance: With the reinforced steel strip frame, the pipe material's pressure resistance is significantly enhanced, capable of withstanding greater pressure and external loads.
Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance: The plastic layer on both inner and outer walls provides excellent corrosion resistance, effectively resisting erosion from acids, alkalis, salts, etc., and boasts good abrasion resistance, about four times that of steel pipes.
Excellent shock resistance: High ring stiffness and shock resistance, capable of adapting to complex construction and usage environments.
Low linear expansion coefficient and thermal conductivity: Possesses the characteristics of low linear expansion coefficient of steel pipes, with a low thermal conductivity, offering good thermal insulation performance.
Good hygiene: Smooth inner wall, no scaling, 30% lower head loss than steel pipes, and in compliance with relevant hygiene standards; suitable for drinking water conveyance.
Long lifespan: Up to 50 years under normal conditions.
