Usage and Features

This product can be mixed in any ratio and serves as an excellent dispersant, stabilizer, anti-settling agent for water-based paints and inks. It enhances the water resistance, abrasion resistance, and wash resistance of paint and ink films, increases the filler content and touchability in inks, and prolongs the storage life of paints and inks. It is suitable for calcium carbonate, carbon black, titania, wollastonite, clay, and various pigments in the filling systems of water-based paints and inks.

Usage

0.5-2.5% of pigment weight, recommended usage 1%, optimal amount to be determined through experimentation.

Usage

Solvent-diluted at a 1:1 ratio, evenly spray onto the pigment or filler being agitated at high speed. Mix for 5-15 minutes, then remove for standby or further processing.

Add during grinding; can also be diluted with water, soaked, and then dehydrated.

Solvent Selection

White Oil, Solvent Oil,Isopropyl Alcohol、 TwoMethylbenzeneEthanol solution.

Cautionary Notes

Ensure adequate heat dissipation for spare materials.

This product has a high viscosity, and it can be heated using a water bath during use.

This product has a shelf life of two years when stored sealed at room temperature.
