Application Scope

This product is primarily suitable for industries such as calcium-plastic materials, masterbatches, and plastic profiles and pipes, where it serves as an inorganic filler powder for surface activation and modification.

Usage Instructions

Coupling Agent Dosage:

Particle size: Below 400 mesh, 400-800 mesh, 800-1500 mesh, Above 1500 mesh. Coupling agent content in the modified powder by weight: 0.5%, 0.6-0.8%, 0.8-1.2%, 1.5-2.5%. Note: The optimal amount of coupling agent is determined by the type of filler, particle size, surface characteristics, resin type, physical properties, strength requirements of the product, and the quality standards. For materials with strong surface polarity, high product strength, and specific physical property requirements, it is recommended to increase the dosage by an additional 0.1 to 0.3 percentage points when referring to the table, to ensure sufficient activation of the material.

2. Surface Modification Techniques:

Add the filler powder to the high-speed mixer and stir at high speed. Once the filler temperature reaches 110℃~120℃ (at this point, the moisture in the filler has basically been removed), add the metered coupling agent and continue to stir at high speed for 5 minutes. Then, add stearic acid, paraffin, and other协同 agents, and stir at high speed for another 5 minutes. The material can then be discharged, cooled, and packaged for storage.

The inorganic filler treated with our coupling agent surface activation has greatly improved its compatibility with various polymer resins.

And its dispersibility is also excellent, significantly increasing the filling amount of the filler, thereby achieving the goal of greatly reducing raw material costs while maintaining the required quality of the finished product.
