Summary
This product is a new type of chelatingPhosphoric AcidEster titanate quaternary salts are the top-performing water-soluble titanate coupling agents domestically, with a broad application range and remarkable effects. They are particularly effective for magnetic powder dispersion and also serve as an excellent assistant in the production of active calcium (light calcium).
Composition
Chelating with multiple active groupsPhosphoric AcidEster titanate coupling agent. Similar to U.S. KR-238S.
Technical Specifications

Usage
For pigment, filler, or magnetite weight: 0.5-2.5%, recommended usage: 1-1.5%, optimal amount to be determined through experimentation. Application range:
Magnetic powder, magnetic ink, magnetic tape, disk, cores, and other magnetic materials.
Magnetic plastics, magnetic rubbers, magnetic coatings, magnetic inks, waterproof coatings or water-based coatings, dyes, filler modifications.
An auxiliary agent for light calcium production in active calcium.
Features
★Enhances the high-filling of active calcium in rubber and plastic, with superior performance.
★ Increase the filling amount of magnetic powder to enhance magnetic strength.
★Enhances the affinity between magnetic powder, pigment, or filler and the carrier, improving adhesion and strength.
★Soluble in water in any proportion, suitable for both water-soluble and oil-soluble products.
★ This product has a long shelf life and outperforms all types of coupling agents.
Usage
After being diluted with a solvent to a ratio of ≥1:1, the product is evenly sprayed onto the pigment or filler being stirred at high speed (without external heating), and stirred.
5-15 minutes (specific time depends on speed and dispersion effect) then, the material is ready for use or additional additives and carriers can be added.
If grinding is involved, add the diluted product before the grinding process. The effect is even better if the above pretreatment is applied before grinding.
May also be diluted with water for soaking, followed by dehydration treatment or used as a solvent without dehydration. For wet-process production of pigments and fillers, this product can be added during the manufacturing process to participate in the reaction. In light calcium production, it is added during hydrolysis to participate in the carbonation process.
Solvent Selection
Lubricating oil (also known as white oil), solvent oil, engine oilIsopropyl AlcoholEthanol, water.
Cautionary Notes
After high-speed processing, paints or fillers should be handled with caution for heat dissipation when used as backup.
This product has a high viscosity (especially in winter); it can be heated in a water bath for use, as the material temperature exceeds 50℃, the viscosity will rapidly decrease.
This product has a shelf life of three years when stored at room temperature.
