Product Details

The E•Prod GC-7860D Networked Gas Chromatograph series, launched by Shanghai Youke Instrument Co., Ltd., is a new type of fully digitalized gas chromatograph with advanced control. The instrument has fully absorbed the advanced technology of similar foreign products and adopted the most advanced manufacturing technology and processes in the domestic industry, ensuring the reliability and operating time of the instrument. It not only extends the normal operating time and reduces the frequency of maintenance but also features a more concise and reasonable structure and a more macro and imposing appearance; the intuitive keyboard operation and convenient system reverse control software make it easy to learn and operate.

The GC-7860D Gas Chromatograph is widely used in various analytical fields, including petrochemicals, fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, environmental protection, food hygiene, high-purity gases, electricity, winemaking, scientific research, and education.

I. Main Technical Specifications:

1、8.0Touchscreen display, quick and simple keyboard operation; 

2. Optional manual and fully electronic pneumatic control (EPC), networked communication (using Ethernet interface IEEE 802.3), and computer-linked full control operation.

3. Electronic Circuit Path (ECP) Control Method

(1) EPC electronic circuit control accuracy of 0.01 mL/min or 0.01 Kpa ensures better retention time reproducibility and more reliable results.

(2) EPC Operating Modes: Constant Current, Constant Pressure, and Diversion Modes.

(3) Program Pressure Control: 4th Order

(4) EPC working gases: N2, H2, Air, He, Ar

(5) EPC Control Range: Pressure 0~0.6 Mpa, Flow 0~100 SCCM or 0~500 SCCM

(6) EPC Control Accuracy: Pressure 0.01 Kpa; Flow 0.01 SCCM

4. Supports rapid heating up to a maximum rate of 80℃/min, ideal for quick analysis.

5. Temperature can be raised to 450°C, suitable for analyzing samples with high boiling points.

6. Supports double-column cabinet and double rear door mode.

7. Column box temperature increment of 1°C, accuracy ±0.01°C, is equivalent to similar imported products.

8. 6 external event inputs, 2 auxiliary control outputs.

9. A diverse sample introduction system is available, including options for packed column introduction, capillary分流/不分流 introduction, valve introduction, liquid automatic introduction, fully automatic headspace introduction, pyrolysis introduction, thermodesorption introduction, and purge-trap introduction.

10. Configurable central splitting and valve switching systems aid users in completing complex multi-dimensional chromatographic analysis tasks. The Plus model is a multipurpose gas chromatograph specifically designed for multi-dimensional application analysis and on-line analysis.

11. A wide range of detector types, with the Plus model capable of installing up to three detectors (Model B can accommodate two detectors simultaneously): TCD, HTCD, uTCD, FID, FPD, ECD, NPD, ZD, PDHID, PID, AID.

12. The program supports a multi-stream sample selection MPV system with automatic valve count identification, automatic tiered judgment, automatic reset, valve position selection, and valve position analysis memory functions, with a maximum support for 32 sample stream selections.

13. Network remote transmission and control capabilities, enabling unattended analysis, decentralized monitoring, and centralized control.

14. Data can be interfaced with the DCS system via MODBUS protocol, enabling the statistical, analytical, and monitoring of chromatographic component content, enhancing the level of process control automation in production.
