TPEP anticorrosive steel pipe is a new type of steel-plastic composite pipeline, also known as "three-layer polyethylene coated pipe," featuring excellent corrosion resistance, environmental friendliness, and mechanical properties. Contact phone: 19932204999
TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipes are composite pipes with steel pipes as the base material, formed by a specific process to create a melted plastic anti-corrosion layer on both the inner and outer surfaces of the steel pipes. The outer layer utilizes a three-layer anti-corrosion structure, consisting of an epoxy powder primer, an adhesive intermediate layer, and an outer polyethylene layer; the inner surface is coated with thermal spray epoxy powder for anti-corrosion, forming a steel-plastic alloy layer.
Features of TPEP anti-corrosion steel pipes include low manufacturing costs, easy maintenance, suitability for various engineering fields, and effective reduction of engineering costs.
