PPS bags are high-performance dust filter bags made primarily from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers. Due to their excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, high filtration accuracy, and good cleaning performance, they are widely used in various industrial fields. In high-temperature flue gas emission environments such as coal-fired power plants, waste incineration plants, steel mills, and cement factories, PPS bags can effectively capture dust particles, meet strict environmental emission standards, and are particularly suitable for complex operating conditions containing acidic gases (such as SO2, SO3) and alkaline dust. Additionally, PPS bags can also be used in flue gas purification systems for industries such as chemicals, metallurgy, and coking, ensuring equipment stability and extending service life, making them one of the key materials for achieving industrial dust emission standards.Biofuel boiler flue gas contains up to 20% moisture and is rich in alkali metal salts like KCl and NaCl. The PPS bag is treated with a special waterproof and oil-resistant finish, raising the water contact angle to 130°, allowing salt particles to crystallize on the surface and fall off with a pulse cleaning; the fibers maintain a breaking strength retention of ≥95% after continuous aging in a 120°C saturated steam environment for 1000 hours, effectively addressing the "caking bag" issue; post-coating, the filtration air velocity can reach 1.2 m/min, with an emission concentration of ≤8 mg/Nm³, aiding biomass power plants in achieving green, efficient, and energy-saving operation.
