PPS bags are high-performance dust filter bags made primarily from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers. Due to their excellent resistance to high temperatures, corrosion, high filtration accuracy, and good cleaning performance, they are widely used in various industrial fields. In high-temperature flue gas emissions environments such as coal-fired power plants, waste incineration plants, steel mills, and cement plants, PPS bags can effectively capture dust particles, meet strict environmental emission standards, and are particularly suitable for complex operating conditions containing acidic gases (such as SO2, SO3) and alkaline dust. Additionally, PPS bags can be used in flue gas purification systems in the chemical, metallurgical, and coking industries to ensure equipment stability and extend service life, making them one of the key materials for achieving industrial dust emission control.

The exhaust gas from chemical reaction kettles containing chlorine and ammonia has a highly corrosive effect on filter material. After being impregnated with PTFE emulsion, the fiber surface forms a dense protective film. After alternating aging for 48 hours, the strength retention rate remains above 85%; its flame-retardant index reaches UL94 V0 level, with an oxygen index of 34%, and it does not ignite even when exposed to high-concentration organic solvent flashes; the surface resistance of the coated film is reduced to 10?Ω, effectively preventing static accumulation and ensuring safe operation in flammable dust conditions; it can operate continuously for two years without replacement, providing enterprises with a safe, stable, and low-cost exhaust gas treatment solution.
Polysulfone (PPS) is a high-performance synthetic fiber with excellent heat resistance, capable of operating in high temperatures for extended periods without aging. Its melting point is approximately 285 degrees Celsius, and continuous use temperature can reach around 190 degrees Celsius. PPS material exhibits good resistance to most acids, bases, and organic solvents, and is not easily corroded. In terms of mechanical strength, PPS fibers have high tensile strength and wear resistance, making them suitable for use in high-speed airflow environments. These properties enable PPS bags to maintain a longer service life under complex industrial conditions.
