Description

Biofuel boiler flue gas contains up to 20% moisture and is rich in alkali metal salts like KCl and NaCl. PPS bags are treated with a special waterproof and oil-resistant finish, increasing the water contact angle to 130°. Salt particles crystallize on the surface and can be removed by pulse cleaning; fibers can withstand continuous aging in a 120°C saturated steam environment for 1000 hours while maintaining a break strength retention of ≥95% – solving the persistent "caking bag" problem. After coating, the filtration air speed can reach 1.2 m/min, with an emission concentration of ≤8 mg/Nm³, helping biomass power plants achieve green, efficient, and energy-saving operation.

Compared to other materials, PPS bags excel in acid and alkali resistance, making them suitable for handling flue gases containing corrosive gases. Bag Making & Quality Inspection: Based on the customer's dust collector panel dimensions and design requirements, the coated filter material is cut and sewn into filter bags. High-performance PPS or PTFE thread is used during the sewing process, ensuring even and sturdy stitching to prevent issues like unraveling or cracking during use. Each finished filter bag undergoes rigorous quality inspection, including dimensional accuracy, stitching strength, film integrity, and bubble hole diameter testing, to ensure compliance with performance standards.
