The DHF84 Multi-Element Rapid Analyzer utilizes linear expansion and sensitivity enhancement techniques, addressing the issue of deviation from linearity in conventional photometric analysis for high component concentrations and poor sensitivity for low component concentrations. It is a high-tech new product developed based on the DHF83 Multi-Element Rapid Analyzer, incorporating new scientific research achievements!Our company's intellectual property features a high-precision liquid addition system with accuracy three times that of the DHF83 model and twice the detection speed. It offers more accurate, faster, and highly intelligent analysis with simpler operation and lower costs! Equipped with a 7-channel automatic precision liquid addition system, a 6-element synchronous measurement system, and an automatic data processing system, it is also fitted with our company's newly developed anti-interference technology. This system can quantitatively analyze the content of over twenty elements over a wide range with precision and speed, significantly advantageous in the field of silicate system analysis. It is particularly suitable for the quantitative analysis of non-metallic industries such as ceramics, refractory materials, cement, and glass, as well as for the analysis of non-ferrous metals like tungsten, molybdenum, nickel, cobalt, and copper, and the metallurgical industry. 2.2 Types of Measurable Materials

Ceramic raw materials (including glaze) and finished products, refractory materials raw materials and finished products, glass raw materials (including crystalline glass) and finished products, cement main raw materials and finished products, as well as other inorganic non-metallic materials.

2.2.2 The main components of the following non-ferrous metal minerals and alloys, as well as chemical raw materials, can be determined:

Chrome salt products, V2O5 products, MnO products, NiO products, titanium dioxide, cobalt oxide, zinc oxide, boric acid, borax, barium carbonate, water glass, sodium humate, iron oxide, molybdenum trioxide, molybdate, molybdenum ore, molybdenum iron alloys, molybdenum nickel alloys, nickel cobalt copper alloys, etc.

2.7 Test Speed:

Self-weighing starts, and it takes approximately 2 hours to complete the determination of SiO2, Al2O3, Fe2O3, TiO2, K2O, Na2O, CaO, and MgO in 4 standard samples. The determination of other elements can be completed within 4 to 6 hours.
