This instrument is designed to measure the expansion and contraction properties of metal materials, ceramics, glass, glaze, refractory materials, and other non-metallic materials during the heating and firing process. It utilizes a double-rod testing method, allowing for the simultaneous testing of two specimens at once.
Instrument Reference Standards: GB/T3810.8-2016 for the determination of linear thermal expansion of ceramic tiles, GB/T16920-2015 for the determination of average linear thermal expansion coefficient of glass, GB/T3074.4-2016 for the determination of thermal expansion coefficient of graphite electrodes, GB/T 7320-2018 "Thermal Expansion Test Method for Refractory Products."
Available with optional inert gas protection or vacuum (optional equipment, additional cost applies).

Temperature Range: Available in specifications ranging from room temperature to 1000°C, 1400°C, 1600°C, 1700°C, etc.
2. Temperature rise adjustable from 0-20°C/min, with microcomputer program control and ±1°C temperature accuracy.
3. Tolerance range for deformation: ±1.5mm.
4. Displacement sensor sensitivity: 0.1 um, automatic range calibration.
5. Automatically calculates the expansion coefficient, volume expansion, and linear expansion.
6. Automatically records, stores, and prints data, and prints temperature-expansion coefficient curves. Temperature intervals can be freely set, with a minimum interval of 1°C.
7. Automatically calculates and compensates for compensation coefficients, with the option for manual adjustments.

11. The ZRPY Intelligent Expansion Gauge is connected to a computer for automatic temperature control, recording, storage, and printing of data, and printing temperature-expansion coefficient curves. All test operations are completed through the computer interface, offering convenient and easy-to-learn operation, along with a full set of software.
