The Fluon Mesote high-temperature filter bags feature high-temperature resistance, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and bend resistance. These bags undergo various surface chemical treatments and finishing techniques. They also offer easy dust removal, water resistance, oil resistance, and static electricity resistance. They are suitable for long-term use at 220°C and short-term use at 260°C. Under normal circumstances, water tank filter bags use needle-punched felt dust filter bags, while box-type reverse-jet bag filters or mechanical-vibration bag filters use woven fabrics.

Fluoromesh filter bags, enhanced with P84 fibers on the basis of glass fiber mats, create a denser felt layer with increased fiber entanglement, capable of handling higher filtration air velocities. The P84 fibers have a triangular cross-section, resulting in a high surface area coefficient and improved dust capture efficiency. The cross-sectional shape of the Fluoromesh filter bag fibers ensures that most dust is concentrated on the filter media surface, making it difficult to penetrate into the material and block the gaps, thereby reducing operating resistance and increasing filtration air velocity.
