Product Introduction
The DY-XJY03W Wireless Temperature and Humidity Inspection Instrument is a detection device for measuring and recording temperature and humidity in thermal (drying) equipment. It is mainly developed based on the "JJF 1101-2019 Specification for Calibration of Environmental Test Equipment Temperature and Humidity" and "JJF 1376-2012 Specification for Calibration of Box Type Resistance Furnace." Its accuracy and resolution, among other performance indicators, exceed the standard requirements. It can be used for the detection of temperature fields in equipment such as muffle furnaces, constant temperature and humidity drying ovens, electric heating drying ovens, and constant temperature rooms.
The DY-XJY03W Wireless Temperature and Humidity Inspector is composed of four wireless modules: a 10-channel thermoresistor, a thermocouple temperature collector, a handheld high-precision temperature and humidity sensor, and a wireless receiver. It receives data from 50 temperature points and 10 humidity points via the wireless receiver and communicates with the PC host software via USB interface, where temperature data can be freely paired according to the collector's (thermoresistor, thermocouple) requirements.
Equipment primarily includes devices, laptops, and data collectors. The operating software is comprehensive and easy to understand, with an intuitive user interface. The multi-page Windows display features data sampling diagrams and real-time data lists. It can perform automatic detection, data processing, and generate test reports, greatly facilitating users.
The DY-XJY03W Wireless Temperature and Humidity Inspection Instrument consists of a temperature/humidity sensor, a control and data processing unit, a human-machine interaction system, and wireless transmission, as shown in Figure 1. The output electrical signal (voltage, resistance, current, etc.) of the temperature/humidity sensor varies with the change in temperature/humidity. The electrical signal is sequentially selected by a multi-channel automatic switch, converted from analog to digital through sampling, quantization, coding, and necessary auxiliary operations, and then processed by the corresponding circuit before being output to the display and recording unit for periodic measurement of multi-point temperature and humidity. Depending on the configured sensor, it can be classified as a temperature inspection instrument or a humidity inspection instrument, which can be used to measure temperature/humidity parameters in internal spaces such as environmental test equipment and rooms.
Each channel of the wireless temperature and humidity patrol instrument has a unique wireless ID code, which the software uses to identify data from each temperature point; each wireless humidity sensor also has a wireless ID code. The number of wireless humidity sensors is configured according to actual requirements, with 10 sensors in total, each containing temperature, humidity, and battery power information.
