DY-XJY02 Automatic Calibration System for Temperature and Humidity Test Equipment, primarily used for calibration or verification of temperature and relative humidity parameters of equipment such as恒温恒湿箱(rooms), high and low temperature test chambers, desiccators, incubators, cement curing boxes, water baths, box-type resistance furnaces, muffle furnaces, and more.

The device consists of an automatic detection unit, signal collector, main control chip, and system software. It can be automatically detected via computer or offline detection, and has data storage capabilities. The device is equipped with a 7-inch touch screen for operation, featuring capacitive touch screen technology for displaying configuration and real-time data. It also offers comprehensive host operation management functions, allowing users to conveniently observe, record, and calibrate temperature and humidity data in real-time.
The device can perform temperature deviation, fluctuation, and uniformity calculations according to specifications, and regularly conduct deviation corrections. It directly generates records and certificates for printing, enhancing work efficiency.

This device features 24 temperature test channels and 4 humidity test channels, which can be expanded according to customer requirements. It employs imported humidity sensors for high reliability in measuring humidity. The cold junction of the thermocouple is equipped with various compensation methods for user selection.
Loop measurement intervals, number of measurements, and measurement methods can be configured according to requirements on the touch screen operation settings.
The device can communicate in real-time with desktops or laptops via RS232, and calibration data can be exported to a USB flash drive, meeting the needs for on-site real-time measurement and evaluation.
Full range of temperature sensing elements available for use: Thermocouples: S, K, N, E, J, T; Thermistors: Pt100, Cu100, Cu50; Temperature measurement range: -200℃ to 1600℃.
