The DY-CTRE200 Multi-functional Smart Thermometer/Collector meets the needs of multi-channel temperature measurement and calibration, supporting various temperature sensors and multiple channel types. It can simultaneously detect one or more temperature calibration devices or one or more temperature sensors.

Product Features

The equipment features multiple independent standard channels for measuring standard platinum resistance (Pt25) and standard thermocouples.

2. The equipment features multiple inspection channels for testing industrial PT100, PT1000, and 8 types of thermocouples K, E, J, T, B, N, R, S.

3. Achieves temperature transmitter detection, capable of signal detection for 4mA-20mA and 0-10V, automatically converts to measured values.

4. Channels selectable; choose between single or multi-channel based on your requirements. Manually switch channels or into inspection mode.

5. The equipment is available in two modes – resistance mode and thermocouple mode.

6. Real-time display of resistance value, battery level, temperature, and fluctuation value.

7. Offers data recording, exporting, and storage capabilities.

8. Multi-channel curve display function, which can dynamically show the test status of 1-8 inspected channels in real-time based on the current display state.

9. Users can customize segment corrections for the sensor.

10. The equipment is compatible with a dry block furnace, standard sensors, and spare check sensors. It is equipped with a small supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) system for setting, real-time control, and monitoring of the dry block furnace temperature, current temperature values of the inspected standard and sensor, resistance values, and fluctuation curves.
