Features: High fluorination degree carbon fluoride, white powder appearance, with insulating, corrosion-resistant, superhydrophobic properties, withstanding temperatures above 350 degrees Celsius, and improved breakdown voltage resistance.

I. Product Introduction:
Fluorinated graphite is an intercalated compound of graphite obtained through a direct reaction between carbon and fluorine. It is a new type of functional material with a very low surface free energy and excellent thermal and chemical stability. Fluorinated graphite is a solid, non-stoichiometric fluorocarbon empirical formula (CFx)n, with the reaction temperature depending on the type of raw materials, the design of the reactor, the final application, and the desired degree of fluorination.
II. Technical Advantages:
Our company has independently developed a fluorine gas internal circulation process for fluorination reactors, using a high-temperature synthesis method (dry process) to prepare fluorinated graphene. We have developed a unique automatic control structure for the reactor, which is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, and capable of withstanding high concentrations of fluorine gas atmosphere. This solution resolves difficulties in the fluorinated graphene process, enhancing production safety. The products achieve various fluorocarbon ratios with controllable particle sizes, approaching the theoretical fluorocarbon ratio value (1.25); non-graphite fluorinated carbons can reach 1.28.
Section 3: Carbon Fluoride Specifications and Types:
Our company independently develops and produces fluoro-carbon graphite, fluoro-carbon, fluoro-carbon black, fluoro-carbon fiber, fluoro-nanocarbon fiber VGCF, fluoro-carbon micro-particles, fluoro-graphene oxide, and other solid powder materials with fluorine atoms in high-temperature intercalation. The surface fluoro-modification has a low degree of fluorination, and the ratio of high fluorination degree white powder fluoro-carbon can reach 1.2.
IV. Application Fields:
Non-battery applications offer CFx products, among whichSolid lubricant additiveIt is a major area of growth, with other applications including:
Dry Ink Additives
Elastic sealing additive
Antioxidant catalyst carrier
Chromatography column packing
Wiper rubber surface wear-resistant coating
