Fixed Bed Dry Desulfurization Process Equipment Product Introduction:
Fixed-bed dry desulfurization process is simply a dry desulfurization technique that utilizes solid absorbents (such as calcium hydroxide) to come into contact with flue gas in a countercurrent manner. Its core principle is primarily to convert sulfur dioxide (SO₂) into calcium sulfate (CaSO₄) through chemical reactions. Fixed-bed flue gas treatment technology can achieve desulfurization and denitrification treatment, with a removal efficiency of over 95%.

Principle of Fixed-Bed Dry Desulfurization Technology:
In a dry desulfurization fixed bed, when the flue gas from a boiler or kiln enters the desulfurization tower and reacts with the desulfurizing agent, the catalyst in the desulfurizing agent oxidizes the SO2 in the flue gas to SO3, which then reacts with CaOH to form CaSO4 (gypsum) through a chemical reaction, which is also a gas-solid reaction process.
Desulfurization reaction principle: SO2 + 1/2 O2 → SO3
SO3 + Ca(OH)2 → CaSO4 + H2O:
Principle of烟气脱硝Reactions:
2 NO + 4 CO + O2 → N2 + 4 CO2
