The YingTeng FP series fan coil units integrate advanced technologies from similar products domestically and internationally. Complying with national standards and after numerous trials and measurements, they have efficiently completed a series of technical design improvements. As a result, they offer superior performance, wide applications, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and card-type units. When paired with air handling units, they are extensively used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

1. Cooling工况 parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB=27℃, wet bulb temperature WB=19.5℃.
Cold water inlet temperature: 7℃, outlet temperature: 12℃.
Heating operating parameters: Inlet air dry bulb temperature DB = 21°C, incoming water temperature 60°C.
2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at a distance of 1 meter in front of and above the equipment within an anechoic chamber.
3. Standard configuration for vertical concealed units features an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.
4. Water resistance refers to the resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.
5. When selecting a combination cold and hot twin tube unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...
The air volume loss of the press unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high-pressure unit is about 20%.
Product Features
Available in horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and more series.
Low overall height, saving construction space.
High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor to adjust air volume, meets various application requirements.
The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper tubes, and aluminum fins, offering strong corrosion resistance.
The drip pan is formed in one piece by molding, and the insulation is achieved through an integral pressure bonding process, eliminating concerns about condensation.
Equipped with exhaust and draining functions, ensuring adequate heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.
The evaporator is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.
The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
Precision design allows for the selection of either left or right coils for ordering. If required, an automatic temperature control unit can be provided for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is a energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that can self-lubricate. The motor shafts are all heat treated and chrome-plated for durability, making them easy to disassemble and assemble at the fixed points. The motor lead wires are all protected with metal hoses, conforming to international standards.
The static pressure at the common coil outlet is 0~12Pa, while the static pressure at the pressure retention outlet is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and insulation are made using die-casting, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability, and no welding marks. The appearance is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed piping is made from plates produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are spray-painted for the surface treatment, while the concealed piping uses galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel plates.
The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and low air resistance.
