1. Corrosion treatment
This unit is constructed with high-strength steel for the frame, featuring a novel design and simple, rational structure, making installation easy. The exterior of the unit is treated with spray painting for corrosion resistance, while internal components like the water tray are made of anti-corrosive materials. The interior door panels and copper pipes are also covered with corrosion-resistant insulation, effectively extending the product's lifespan.
2. Dust-proof treatment
The air intake of the unit employs a pre-efficiency filter, which is easy to clean and effectively prevents fine dust generated during production and operation from entering the unit, clogging the evaporator gaps, and resulting in poor dehumidification performance and frequent malfunctions.
Fireproof treatment
Complete unit fire prevention design; high-quality materials are used for wires and electrical accessories to prevent fires caused by aging inside the unit. Additionally, all control electrical components of the unit are concentrated in a distribution box, utilizing a low-voltage micro PLC brain controller, which completely eliminates fires caused by control electrical failures.
