The core component of the centrifugal dehumidifier is a honeycomb-shaped wheel, which is made of a special ceramic fiber carrier and composite activated silicone; the wheel is divided into two zones on each side by a custom-made sealing device: the treatment zone and the regeneration zone.
As humid air requiring dehumidification passes through the treatment area of the wheel, the moisture vapor in the wet air is adsorbed by the active silica in the wheel, while the dried air is blown to the space for treatment by the processing fan. The continuously slowly rotating wheel carries the approaching-saturation moisture vapor into the regeneration area. In the regeneration zone, hot air吹入 in reverse dislodges the adsorbed moisture from the wheel, which is then exhausted outdoors by the fan, restoring the wheel's moisture adsorption capability and completing the regeneration process.
Utilizing imported honeycomb silicone desiccant rotors, these are structured into a cylindrical disc with a honeycomb design. The desiccant and regeneration areas are formed within a ceramic silicone crystal, rotating within the housing. Air used for desiccation passes through the desiccant area, where it's absorbed by the rotor, resulting in dry air. After absorbing moisture, the desiccant area rotates to the regeneration zone, where heated air carries the moisture out of the rotor and expels it outdoors. Once the moisture is released in the regeneration zone, the rotor returns to the desiccant area to repeat the process. This continuous desiccation and regeneration ensure a stable supply of dry air.
