The motor is an energy-saving fixed-phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are heat-treated and treated with hard chrome for durability, with ease of disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, conforming to international standards.

The water pan and insulation are made by molding, featuring an overall adhesive process for durability without weld marks, with an aesthetically pleasing and lightweight design, no condensation, and no dripping; the exposed pipe fittings are made from sheet metal produced by Shanghai Baosteel, with a spray-painted surface, while the concealed pipe fittings are made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
The coiled tube material is made by hydraulic or mechanical expansion of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring a copper tube arrangement with high thermal conductivity and extremely low air resistance.
