The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all heat-treated and chrome-plated for durability, with easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are protected by metal hoses, meeting international standards.
The standard coil outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability, and seamless construction. The exterior is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe is made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, with a spray-painted finish, while the concealed pipe is made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
The coiled material is made of seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed through hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil casing is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating material, with the copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional thermal conductivity and minimal air resistance.
