The YingTeng FP series fan coil units incorporate advanced technologies from both domestic and international counterparts. Compliant with national standards and after numerous trials and tests, they have achieved a series of technical design improvements with high efficiency. Thus, they offer superior performance, wide application, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and cassette units. When paired with fresh air handling units, they are extensively used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified by the national standard for "Fan Coil Units" (GB/T19232-2003).
1. Cooling condition parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB=27℃, wet bulb temperature WB=19.5℃.
Cold water inlet temperature: 7℃, outlet temperature: 12℃.
Heating operating parameters:进口 air dry bulb temperature DB = 21°C, incoming water temperature 60°C.
2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at a distance of 1 meter in front of and above the equipment in an anechoic chamber.
3. Standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit features an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.
4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.
5. When selecting a combined cold and hot twin-coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...
The air volume loss of the pressurizing unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high static pressure unit is about 20%.
Product Features
Vertical surface-mounted, horizontal surface-mounted, vertical concealed, horizontal concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-mounted, and more series.
Low overall height, saving building space.
High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.
The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper tubes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.
The water pan is formed through a whole molding process, and heat insulation is achieved using a whole-pressure bonding technique, eliminating concerns about condensation water.
Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipeline cracking due to freezing.
The condenser is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.
The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan configuration, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
精密 design allows for the selection of either left or right-handed coils for ordering. Upon request, an automatic temperature control unit can be custom-fitted for constant temperature control of the controlled space; (Temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is an energy-saving fixed-phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all treated with quenching and special hard chrome plating for durability, with easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected by metal hoses, compliant with international standards.
The static pressure at the common coiled discharge outlet is 0~12Pa, while the static pressure at the remaining pressure discharge outlet is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and insulation are molded, with an entire adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability without weld marks, and an aesthetically pleasing, lightweight design. No condensation or dripping occurs; the exposed piping is made of sheets from Shanghai Baogang, surface treated with spray painting, while the concealed piping is made of galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel plates.
The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, with the copper tubes arranged in an alternating pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
