The Yingteng FP series fan coil units incorporate advanced technologies from similar domestic and international products. In accordance with national standards, after repeated trials and measurements, a series of technical design improvements have been efficiently completed, resulting in superior performance, wide application, a full range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The range includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and cassette unit series. When paired with fresh air handling units, they are extensively used in low-noise environments such as hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, and exhibition halls, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified by the National Standard for "Fan Coils Units" (GB/T19232-2003).
1. Cooling conditions parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB = 27℃, wet bulb temperature WB = 19.5℃.
Cold water intake temperature: 7℃, outlet water temperature: 12℃。
Heating operating parameters:进口 air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, incoming water temperature 60℃。
2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1-meter distances above and below the front of the unit in an anechoic chamber.
3. The standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit has an outdoor static pressure of 12 Pa.
4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.
5. When selecting a combined cold and hot dual-coil unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. A row of heat output is approximately 40% of three rows, low static...
The air volume loss of the pressuring unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high-pressure unit is about 20%.
Product Features
There are horizontal surface-mounted, horizontal concealed, vertical surface-mounted, vertical concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, and wall-mounted series, etc.
Low overall height, saving architectural space.
High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.
The complete unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper pipes, and aluminum fins, offering strong rust resistance.
The drip pan is fully molded, and heat preservation uses a whole-pressure bonding technique, eliminating concerns about condensation.
Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipeline cracking due to freezing.
The heat exchanger is made by mechanical bending of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.
The unit employs an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger with a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
Precision design allows for the left and right configurations of the coils to be selected as desired for ordering. An automatic temperature control unit can be provided upon request for maintaining a constant temperature in the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision steel ball bearings that are self-lubricating. The motor shafts are all tempered and treated with special hard chrome plating for durability and easy disassembly at the fixed points. The motor leads are all protected with metal flexible hoses, meeting international standards.
The static pressure of the standard coiled air outlet is 0~12Pa, while the static pressure of the residual pressure air outlet is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water tray and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring strength, durability, and no weld marks. The appearance is beautiful and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe sections are made from sheets produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are coated with plastic spray. The concealed pipe sections are made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed through hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, which provides an extremely high thermal conductivity and low air resistance.
