The Yingteng FP series fan coil units integrate the advanced features of similar products from both domestic and international markets. In accordance with national standards, after numerous trials and tests, a series of technical design improvements have been efficiently implemented, resulting in superior performance, wide application, a complete range of types, high efficiency, and low noise. The series includes horizontal concealed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, vertical exposed, and cassette units. When paired with fresh air handling units, they are extensively used in hotels, hospitals, office spaces, high-end conference halls, exhibition halls, and other low-noise environments, making them an ideal terminal device for centralized air conditioning systems.

Note: The data in the table is the measured value under the test conditions specified in the National Standard for "Fan Coil Unit" (GB/T19232-2003).
1. Cooling supply conditions parameters: Inlet dry bulb temperature DB = 27°C, wet bulb temperature WB = 19.5°C.
Cold water inlet temperature: 7℃, outlet temperature: 12℃.
Heating工况parameters: Imported air dry bulb temperature DB=21℃, incoming water temperature 60℃.
2. Noise Measurement: Values measured at 1-meter distances above and below the front of the unit in an anechoic chamber.
3. Standard configuration of the vertical concealed unit features an external static pressure of 12 Pa.
4. Water resistance refers to the water resistance at the rated flow rate; input power refers to the input power at high airflow.
5. When selecting a combination of cold and hot twin-tube unit, refer to the main technical parameters in the table above. One row of heat is approximately 40% of three rows of heat, low static...
The air volume loss of the pressurizing unit is approximately 10%, and the static pressure loss of the high-pressure unit is about 20%.
Product Features
Vertical exposed, horizontal exposed, vertical concealed, horizontal concealed, ceiling-mounted, cabinet-style, wall-hanging, and more series available.
Low overall height, saving building space.
High cooling (heating) capacity, low noise, three-speed motor for adjustable air volume, catering to various usage requirements.
The entire unit is made of hot-dipped galvanized steel, copper tubes, and aluminum fins, offering strong corrosion resistance.
The overall mold-formed water pan, with insulation using the integral pressure bonding technique, ensures no condensation water concerns.
Equipped with exhaust and drain functions, ensuring thorough heat exchange and preventing pipe cracking due to freezing.
The condenser is made by mechanical drawing of copper tubes and high-efficiency aluminum fins.
The unit is equipped with an efficient aluminum finned heat exchanger and a low-noise fan, enhancing heat exchange and maximizing the heat exchanger's thermal transfer efficiency.
精密 design allows for either left or right-style coils to be ordered as desired. An automatic temperature control unit can be optionally configured for constant temperature control of the controlled area; (temperature control unit to be ordered separately)
The motor is an energy-saving fixed phase capacitor motor, equipped with imported high-precision ball bearings that can self-lubricate. The motor shafts are all heat treated and hard-chromed for durability and ease of disassembly at the fixed points. The motor lead wires are protected by metal flexible hoses, compliant with international standards.
Standard coil outlet static pressure is 0~12Pa, while the residual pressure outlet static pressure is 30Pa (or ≤50Pa), with the code H.
The water pan and insulation are molded, with an overall adhesive bonding process, ensuring durability and strength without any weld marks. The design is aesthetically pleasing and lightweight, with no condensation or dripping. The exposed pipe fittings are made from plates produced by Baosteel Shanghai, which are spray-painted for surface treatment, while the concealed pipe fittings are made from galvanized steel or fingerprint-resistant steel.
The coiled material is made from seamless copper tubes with corrugated aluminum fins, formed by hydraulic or mechanical expansion. The coil box is lined with sound-absorbing and insulating materials, featuring copper tubes arranged in an interlaced pattern, offering exceptional heat transfer performance and minimal air resistance.
