Product Introduction:

The ZJ-FKB model computerized quantitative packaging machine is designed for powdered materials. It boasts high weighing accuracy, simple and convenient operation, strong reliability, and comprehensive functions. It is widely applicable in industries such as grain, metallurgy, medicine, petrochemicals, non-metallic minerals, fine chemicals, inorganic salts, rubber and plastics, leather, and fertilizers.

Product Features:

● Automatic completion of material packaging control function, integrating weight display, packaging sequence, process linkage, and fault alarm.

● Features automatic storage and recovery (copy) of debugging parameters.

Automatically stores control parameters for ten different packaging weights, as well as the cumulative output, cumulative number of packages, total output, and total number of packages for each weight class.

● High-brightness dual-row fluorescent display, showing real-time package weight, cumulative output, and number of packages.

●Adjustable automatic peeling cycle function, firming function, keyboard encryption function, data encryption function, clock display function;

● Standard with RS232 and RS485 interfaces, capable of connecting to computers and mini printers. The instrument can print data statistics reports when connected to a computer.

● Single helix and auxiliary fluidized bed, with fast and slow two-speed feeding, high precision;

● The feeding nozzle features an expansion sealing tube, ensuring no dust溢出 during feeding.

The feeding nozzle is equipped with a vacuum exhaust device.

●The hopper mouth is surrounded by a dust cover.

The weighing platform is equipped with a vibrator to compact the material added into the bags during filling (optional accessory).
