The ZJ-N-JM series automatic bag-making and packaging machine, also known as a roll film packaging machine, uses PE/PET film as packaging material. This machine can meet the one-stop needs of material bag-making, measurement, and sealing. It also selects the corresponding feeding mechanism to widely accommodate automatic weighing packaging systems for various granular, powdered, and mixed materials.

Process:
Manual PE\PET film rolls (with wider width up to 1080mm) are placed into the membrane position of the automatic packaging machine, where the machine automatically checks for proper installation of the roll.
Next, the JM series automatic bag-making and packaging machine will automatically complete the vertical sealing, bottom sealing, measurement and filling, heat-sealed bag mouth, and pushing bags to the finished product conveyor.
Completed packaging bags are conveyed into the subsequent packaging process (metal detector, weight scale, coding/labeling, wrapping, outer labeling/coding, stacking, etc.) to achieve full automation from entry to finished product stacking.
