The ZJ-N-TD(FFS) packing machine, also known as a drum bag packing machine, is a form-fill-seal machine that uses PE tube film as packaging material. This machine can meet the one-stop requirements for material bagging, weighing, and sealing. Additionally, with the selection of corresponding feeding mechanisms, it can widely satisfy automatic weighing packaging systems for various granular, powdered, and mixed materials.

Process:
Manual carts load the drum film (larger diameter of 1.5 meters, approximately 2400 standard bags) into the membrane feeding position of the automatic packaging machine, where the machine automatically verifies the drum membrane is properly installed.
Next, the FFS re-sealable packaging machine will automatically complete the processes of bag bottom sealing, cutting bag length, loading bag, conveying bag, opening bag, feeding material, sealing bag mouth, and transferring packages to the finished product conveyor.
Packaged bags, after completion of packaging, pass through conveyors into the subsequent packaging process (metal detector, weight scale, labeling/spotting, wrapping, outer labeling/spotting, stacking, etc.), achieving full automation from start to the finished product being removed from the stack.
