HA-soft80 is a non-ionic AC polymer blend polyethylene copolymer product, formed into an emulsion through high-pressure fusion with special surfactants and a unique formula. This non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive non-ionic emulsion is easily soluble in water and boasts excellent acid, alkali, and electrolyte resistance, as well as compatibility with resins, preventing stratification and coagulation. The emulsion composition is consistent and exhibits good chemical stability, remaining unstratified upon long-term storage. It is primarily used for smoothing and anti-wrinkle treatments of cotton,涤卡,涤棉, and medium to long fiber fabrics. 【Performance and Features】

1. This product is suitable for use in water-based paint systems and as a finishing agent or oil for floor, leather, furniture, automotive, and paper products.

2. Widely applicable in the production of water-based inks, liquid shoe polish, metal release agents, and more.

3. Used in the particleboard industry. Replacing paraffin with emulsified wax as a waterproofing agent in the production of particleboard and fiberboard can significantly reduce costs.

4. Replacing rosin gum with emulsified wax in the papermaking industry not only improves paper quality but also reduces production costs.

5. Used in agriculture, as a preservative for fruits and vegetables to prevent aging, dehydration, frost damage, and sunscald from causing harmful effects. After harvesting flowers, soak them in water and then treat with emulsified wax to extend their lifespan.
