【Performance and Features】

This product has affinity for dyes and fibers, making it suitable for dyeing wool with reactive dyes. When using Hoechst's Hostalan wool reactive dye, the fixation rate and all dye fastness properties, as well as the even dyeing performance, are comparable to Hoechst's Eganol GES fixative. Additionally, it improves the dyeing affinity in Lanasol, Verotix, and wool dyeing with cotton reactive dyes. It offers excellent even dyeing effects in medium dyes, weak acid dyes, neutral dyes, and metal complex dyes.

When dyeing with reactive dyes, use this leveling agent at a rate of 1.5% (o.w.f), and ammonium sulfate is recommended as a buffer.

During dyeing with media dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 0.3~0.5% (o.w.f).

When used with acidic dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 0.5~0.7% (o.w.f).

During 1:1 metal complex dyeing, the sulfuric acid usage can be reduced by about 50%, and the dosage of this leveling agent is 1.5% (o.w.f).

For dyeing with 1:2 metal complex dyes, the dosage of this leveling agent is 1% (o.w.f).
