Performance & Applications

1. Used for removing float in dye-sublimation and dispersible dye printed fabrics, it can be processed at low temperatures to avoid staining the white areas of the fabric. Generally used at a dosage of 0.1 to 0.5 grams per liter.

2. Can easily wipe off oil stains from finished products, especially effective for removing oil spots from silk finished goods.

3. Used as a dispersant in dye baths for dispersible dyes, the dosage should be 0.1 to 0.5 grams per liter.

4. Pre-dyeing treatment for acrylic fiber, washing oil stains, processing temperature 50°C, dosage of penetrant JFC 0.8-1 gram/liter.

5. For nylon wool blended fabric, high-pressure bath dyeing process, general dosage is about 0.5%.

6. Surfactant JFC performs best with a washing power at 40°C. When used as an emulsifier, its dosage is 10% of the weight of the emulsified oil.

Packaging and Storage

200Kg iron drums, 50Kg plastic drums packaging. Stored and transported as general chemicals. Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area. Shelf life: 2 years.
