GMS | This product is insoluble in water and possesses excellent w/o emulsifying properties. In the food industry, it serves as an emulsifier for producing candies and chocolates, a foaming agent for cakes, a defoamer for soy milk, and a pigment dispersant in oils. In the pharmaceutical industry, it is used as an emulsifier, stabilizer, lubricant, defoamer, and gas agent for ointments, creams, suppositories, lotions, and aerosols. In the daily chemical industry, it acts as an emulsifier and lubricant, as well as a shampoo cleanser. It is also employed as an internal antistatic agent for PE, PP, and PVC, typically at a dosage of 0.5~2.0%. |
