It makes the slub soft and smooth, reducing broken ends; it can act as a softening and smoothing agent in fiber paste, and it can eliminate foam in synthetic paste liquids; HEL-20 also features low coking at high temperatures. 3. Used as an emulsifier in the pharmaceutical industry, for the production of liniments, ointments, and emulsions, etc. 4.
