Overview
The spiral motion and self-rotation cause the material to generate compound movement within the cone, primarily resulting in four types of motion:
The spiral rotates along the wall, causing the material to move in a circular motion along the conical wall.
2. The spiral rotation causes the material to ascend along the spiral from the conical base.
3. The spiral's compound motion of rotation and self-rotation absorbs some material into the spiral cylindrical surface, while the centrifugal force from the spiral's self-rotation causes part of the material within the spiral cylindrical surface to be radially discharged towards the cone.
4. Ascending materials descend under their own gravitational force. The four movements—convection, shearing, diffusion—within the mixer produce, resulting in rapid and even mixing.
Application Fields
The GHJ vertical high-speed mixer consists of a bottom feeding blade and a high-speed shredding blade. The feeding blade continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall.

Operating Principle
The rapid self-rotation of the spiral shaft within the twin-screw cylinder elevates the material upwards, forming a helical物流 along the cylinder wall from bottom to top. Simultaneously, the rotating arm drives the spiral shaft to rotate, causing materials outside the spiral shaft to enter the helical envelope to varying degrees. Some materials are elevated out of place, while others are ejected from the helix, thus achieving continuous material renewal and diffusion. The materials elevated to the top converge into a central depression, creating a downward flow of material to fill the bottom void, thereby forming a convectional cycle. Due to the combined flow of materials up and down, the materials are uniformly mixed in a short period, resulting in high mixing efficiency.
