Overview
Generated by the rotation of the spiral and the self-rotation, the material produces a compound movement within the cone, mainly resulting in four types of motion:
The spiral rotates along the wall, causing the material to move in a circular motion along the conical wall.
2. The spiral rotation causes the material to ascend along the spiral from the cone base.
3. The spiral's composite movement of rotation and self-rotation absorbs some material into the spiral cylindrical surface, while the centrifugal force of the spiral's self-rotation causes part of the material within the spiral cylindrical surface to be radially discharged towards the cone.
4. Ascending materials descend under the force of their own gravity. The four movements—convection, shearing, diffusion—within the blender create the purpose of achieving fast and uniform mixing.
Application Fields
The GHJ vertical high-speed mixer consists of a bottom feeding blade and a high-speed discharging blade. The feeding blade continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall.

High-speed chip pulp thoroughly crushes the material delivered by the chip pulp. It causes the material to circulate in a vortex, achieving the goal of uniformly mixing the material in a shorter period of time.

Operating Principle
The rapid self-rotation of the spiral shaft within the mixer's cylinder lifts the material upwards, forming a helical flow along the cylinder wall from bottom to top. Simultaneously, the rotating arm drives the spiral shaft to rotate, causing the material outside the spiral shaft to enter the envelope line at varying degrees. Some material is elevated out of place, while another part is ejected from the spiral, thereby achieving continuous renewal and diffusion of materials. The material lifted to the top converges into a central depression, creating a downward flow that fills the bottom void, thus forming a convection cycle. Due to the combined flow of materials up and down, the materials are uniformly mixed within a short period, resulting in high mixing efficiency.
