Working Principle
The one-dimensional blending machine is mainly composed of three major parts: the drum, the swinging frame, and the machine frame. The drum is mounted on the swinging frame, supported by four roller wheels, and axially positioned by two stop wheels. Among the four support roller wheels, two drive wheels are driven by the rotating power system to rotate the drum. The swinging frame is driven by a set of crank linkage mechanisms, which are mounted on the machine frame. The swinging frame is supported on the machine frame by a bearing assembly.
Features
1. This machine is widely used for the mixing of powdered and granular materials in industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, dyes, feed, fertilizers, and pesticides.
2. Simple structure, easy to operate.
3. During operation, the filling cylinder rotates around its central axis (referred to as "one-dimensional movement"), while the material inside the cylinder performs three-dimensional movement. Therefore, the mixing accuracy of the material can be comparable to that of two-dimensional and three-dimensional mixing machines.
