The distribution of the vaporizing tubes is in a striped radial pattern from the central area outward. The vaporizing pipeline is installed in a channel at a distance from the bottom of the steel pipe storage, parallel to the ground at 20 cm. The assistance of gas equipment generates a certain gas pressure, which then propels the material through the pipeline to the entrance of the hoist. Regardless of the distance, a direct pipeline connection is achieved.
Observe the surrounding safety conditions first, then open the storage door. Check for any loose concrete blocks on the ceiling or hanging cement, and then clean them up with tools like air hoses. Once confirmed safe, tie a rope around yourself while entering the storage area, and have two people outside as guardians. In case of any emergency, promptly pull the personnel inside out.
Evacuate personnel from the warehouse after the upper area has been cleaned. Once the debris is cleared, the shipping department should promptly open and clear the lower outlet, controlling the flow rate of the ash and observing its direction. Arrange personnel according to their positions, and ensure protective measures are in place around them. Select an evacuation route for when a large amount of ash is discharged. If ash cannot be released from the discharge opening, promptly remove debris from the flow valve.
