Thermogravimetric analysis (TG, TGA) involves observing the sample's mass change with temperature or time during heating, isothermal, or cooling processes, with the aim of studying material thermal stability and composition. It is widely used in research and development, process optimization, and quality control across various fields, including plastics, rubber, coatings, pharmaceuticals, catalysts, inorganic materials, metal materials, and composites.
The primary characteristics of thermogravimetric analysis are its strong quantitative nature and the ability to accurately measure the mass change and rate of change of substances. Based on this feature, it can be said that any mass change that occurs in substances upon heating can be studied using thermogravimetric analysis. Physical and chemical changes that can be detected using thermogravimetric analysis include sublimation, vaporization, adsorption, desorption, absorption, and gas-solid reactions.

1. The furnace heating utilizes double-row winding of precious metal nickel-chromium alloy wire, reducing interference and offering higher resistance to high temperatures.
2. Tray sensor, precision-engineered from noble metal nickel-chromium alloy, boasts high-temperature resistance, anti-oxidation, and corrosion resistance.
3. Power supply, cooling circuit, and main unit are separated to minimize the impact of heat and vibration on the micro-thermal balance.
4. Features an easy-to-use top-opening lid structure. Moving the furnace body to place the sample is difficult and prone to damaging the sample rod.
5. The main unit employs a water-temperature-regulating device to isolate the heat influence from the heating furnace on the cabinet and the micro-thermometer balance.
6. Features a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 processor core for faster sampling and processing speeds.
7. The 24-bit four-channel ADC collects data from the DSC signal, TG signal, and temperature T signal.
8. The furnace body can be replaced according to customer requirements.
