Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free from corrosive gases.

c) There are explosive hazard areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors, and air from Group II A, II B, T1 to T4 categories.

The "YingTeng" explosion-proof drying oven series has been processed with special explosion-proof technology, making it suitable for flammable and explosive areas in Zones 1 and 2. It is widely used in scientific research, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, and power plant environments where IIA, IIB level T1 to T4 groups of combustible gases, steam, and air mixtures pose explosion hazards. The YingTeng explosion-proof ovens have been inspected and certified by the National Explosion-Proof Electrical Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, with explosion-proof certificates and CCC explosion-proof certificates. Explosion-proof ovens are suitable for factories and research institutions for drying organic materials, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating. They are the main equipment for preserving heat and excluding moisture. Widely used in the low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and heat assembly processes for plastic hardening, curing, wire winding, and drying of metal workpieces for motor rotors. Not only do they ensure the processing quality of the workpieces, but they also ensure safe production. The working temperature of this oven can be adjusted from room temperature of 10 degrees Celsius up to the maximum of 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for any desired temperature within this range. After maintaining a constant temperature, the electrical control system can automatically control the temperature.

Explosion-proof Oven Product Features

The lid closure tension is adjustable, featuring an overall molded silicone door seal ring to ensure high vacuum inside the box.

High-performance CPU processing chips and highly sensitive, high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensors are employed in the temperature control system, ensuring precise temperature control and convenient operation.

Equipped with sensor failure alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnosis dynamic control, temperature display calibration, parameter memory, and a timer function up to 9999 minutes.

An independent temperature control and alarm system automatically interrupts operation when exceeding the set temperature, with dual safety assurance.
