Explosion-proof ovens can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free from corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors from Groups II A, II B, and T1 to T4 with air.
The "YingTeng" explosion-proof drying oven series has been processed with special explosion-proof technology, making it widely applicable in Class 1 and Class 2 flammable and explosive environments. It is suitable for scientific research, oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, power plants, and other places where there may be or could be hazardous explosive mixtures of IIa, Iib group combustible gases, steam, and air, such as those in T1 to T4 groups. Explosion-proof ovens are essential equipment for factories and research institutions, used for drying organic materials, preventing explosions, heat treatment, sterilization, and heating to remove moisture. They are widely employed in plastic hardening, curing, varnished wire, drying of motor rotors, low-temperature tempering, annealing, aging treatment, and thermal assembly processes. Not only do they ensure the quality of the workpiece treatment, but they also guarantee safe production. The working temperature of the oven can be adjusted from room temperature of 10 degrees Celsius up to the highest temperature of 300 degrees Celsius, allowing for any desired temperature within this range. Once the temperature is stabilized, the electrical control system can automatically regulate the temperature.
Features of Explosion-proof Oven
The lid closure tension is adjustable, featuring an integrally formed silicone door seal ring to ensure high vacuum inside the box.
High-performance CPU processing chips and highly sensitive, high-precision platinum resistance temperature sensors are used in the temperature control system, ensuring precise temperature control and easy operation.
Sensor fault alarm, over-temperature alarm, self-diagnostic dynamic control, temperature display calibration, parameter memory, and a timer function up to 9999 minutes.
Independent temperature control and alarm system, automatically shuts down operation upon exceeding the set temperature, with dual safety protection.
